JOIN hosts an annual conference that offers workshops, panels, and presentations curated for employers, service providers, and members of the disabled community. Past topics that have been presented at workshops have included disclosure of disability status to potential employers, diversity in the workplace, and resources for job seekers with disabilities.
In 2018, with the support of The Harry E. Foster Foundation, we also added the JOIN Career Marketplace which helps directly connect job seekers to hiring employers.
