Position Title: Student Services and Enrolment Assistant

Salary: Annual salary of $44,417 will be prorated based on the number of weeks worked.

Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Position Start Date: March 1, 2017 Position End Date: February 28, 2018
The Student Services and Enrolment Assistant provides front line customer service and administrative support for the Office of Advising and Integrated Student Services and Communications, Marketing and Enrolment Management. Acts as primary contact for general enquiries and customer service to students, staff and the public within OAISS and Communications, Marketing and Enrolment Management.
High school diploma.
1 year related experience providing front-line customer service. Training or work-related experience in the arts would be considered an asset.
Demonstrated Skills including: Ability to be detail oriented and thorough. Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments simultaneously. Tact, courtesy, and the ability to offer a high standard of customer service. Written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively as a team member. Organizational skills.
Demonstrated Computer Skills including: Basic Word processing (MS Word). Basic spreadsheet (MS Excel). Electronic mail.
