During the past two years the Ontario Job Opportunity Information Network in partnership with Service Canada held the "Career Fair Connection". This is the premier career fair for job seekers with disabilities in Ontario, attracting more than 1,500 job seekers and 40 of Canada's top employers.

JOIN's succesful event is an employment strategy to connect job seekers with disabilities and employers. Is an opportunity for employers to connect to a one-stop shop for all the recruitment needs, it access a large number of skilled candidates for pre-screen and interviews on site, even for those hard to fill positions and an opportunity to network with other HR professionals.

In addition, throughout the day job seekers are invited to participate in several workshops delivered by Ontario's business leaders who provided great insights into securing employment for persons with disabilities.
